There was a time when men made it a point to tuck their feelings and remain strong at all times. No matter how bad things were it was always understood that a man must be a pillar of strength and display no emotional of physical weakness in the situation. In other words… he had to be a man. It didn’t matter to the rest of the world what a man might be going through. Because men weren’t allowed to have feelings, let alone acknowledge any other emotion than rage. And things would have continued on in the exact same way, had people like Ace Hood decided that things needed to change.   

With a rollercoaster of industry experience, childhood trauma and a new wife and public relationship to deal with, Ace has gone through just about every up and down life can throw. But instead of retreating behind imaginary invincibility, Ace took the path of confrontation through therapy, meditation and and a determination to heal his wounds instead of ignoring them.
