Episode4: James Bowker | House of Suntory’s UK Brand Ambassador
“We’re back!…

It may be episode four, but it’s our first episode since the lockdown.

This month we focus on James Bowker, and there was a lot to cover.

From his humble beginnings in this beautiful industry of ours, to quitting a PhD to travel to Japan.

We also talk about what it was like  managing an award winning bar team, preparing for World Class and how he’s adjusting to life in quarantine.

A genuinely interesting and personable human being, having James on was an absolute pleasure.”
Opening TrackWe asked James to pick a tune he would open his bar to and he selected Superstition by Stevie Wonder.
Closing TrackWe then asked James to pick a tune that he would close his bar to and he selected Africa by The Toto.
Speed RoundJames scored 10 in our quick fire round.
