Welcome back to The Mirror Club! So sorry for the unannouned hiatus; ya girl has been moving house, restructuring her life and generally getting ducks in a row. But we're back! and today we're talking about an interesting concept that we should all get familiar with: the shadow. Not as spooky as it sounds, that is, if you become acquainted with it and do the work to honour it and integrate it back into your personality in a healthy and sustainable way. Fact is, if you ignore it, it'll come out and embarass you at best, or severely stunt your person at worst.
