Welcome to another solo episode of The Mirror Club where I'll be dipping into a concept that's pretty central to the journey of self discovery -- the ego. What is ego anyway? How is it different from me? How does it affect my thoughts or my life? I barely scratched the surface but as the poddy goes along, we'll be able to explore the concept more and more from a variety of lenses.
