The Minimum Viable Show
Martin Slaney
4 episodes
A sub-15 minute podcast about the trials and tribulations of getting that first version of your product, your Minimum Viable Product ("MVP"), up and running - especially using no code. Your host, Martin Slaney, will chat with founders and product people about their journey in those daunting early stages, how they went from idea through to research, design and build. I'll also be getting the view from VCs to find out what they're looking for. The aim? To give key takeaways and actionable ideas in under 15 minutes in a short and snappy but thought-provoking way.

3. The almost, but not quite, Eric Ries interview
This week the show is a bit different! I don't have a guest as such; the interview is concierged in a way to create a virtual interview. Why? Well, I wanted you to hear words of wisdom from the legend that is Eric Ries, the man behind the Lean Startup movement and without whom this show - and doubtless many hundreds of thousands of startups and unicorns - wouldn't exist. To try and lure Eric on such a new podcast just isn't realistic, so this is an experiment - if this show performs well it'll be great evidence to go to the great man himself and convince him to come on. That's the theory.  Follow Martin on Twitter @Martinslaney and on his website https://martinslaney.com Do check out the original episodes of videos and podcasts I dissected and used in the show:  The Startup Way with Eric Ries https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xRaA-9Rmam4 Eric Ries on The Lean Startup, the law of sustainable growth, lessons learned, and looking ahead https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T-N9admOU2E Eric Ries on The Startup Way - The Business File from LBC https://rss.hosting.thisisdax.com/609a8c2a-c8cd-48e5-a747-693f0f122970  Lean Startup - The Future of Lean Startup http://feeds.soundcloud.com/users/soundcloud:users:63233200/sounds.rss  The Twenty Minute VC - http://thetwentyminutevc.libsyn.com/rss
