If you aren’t familiar with the snatch test, it’s very simple - not easy.
The goal of the snatch test is to perform 100 kettlebell snatches in five minutes or less. The weight of the kettlebell used ranges anywhere from 10k to 32k or higher, depending on age, weight and goals.
