We shall be investigating how to maximize the mind to attain the best version of ourselves at all times. On some sessions we would learn about latest evidence on aspects of neuroscience, psychiatry, psychology as well as learn important techniques to help us better ourselves. At the MindWorkout Gym we engage with the Word of God as the main tool for change. Its important for us to have some understanding on how to interact with it. Heb 4:12-13 tells us that The Word of God is alive and powerful. Sharper than a two edged sword dividing the soul and spirit. The Word of God is the basic instruction (for us) before leaving earth. It is Jesus personified. It is Gods love letter to us. Spend time meditating on the Psalms and develop a calmer sense of wellbeing as we enjoy a closer relationship with God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit
