The MindWorkout Gym is a virtual gym in which we explore the workings of the mind, in the light of God's word. Exploring the interphase between spirituality and mental well being. We shall be investigating how to maximize the mind to attain the best version of ourselves at all times. On some sessions we would learn about latest evidence on aspects of neuroscience, psychiatry, psychology as well as learn important techniques to help us better ourselves.
