A Beginner’s Guide to Ukeru
How are we to Episode 20 already? Recently, a customer asked Christopher which podcast episode he'd recommend to someone who wants to begin learning about Ukeru or (at the very least) a good starting point in terms of the podcast episodes. His talk with Alex Letto, a Behavior Specialist from Special Education District of Lake County (SEDOL), seemed like the perfect opportunity to talk about what leads an organization to consider Ukeru, the skepticism that comes with trying something different, training, implementation and ultimately the successful shift in work culture.
