This time may be challenging but it is not the new normal, it is temporary. Yet during our times of ease, we can forget to keep some useful and practical habits and practices. These don't need to be confined to times of stress and crisis. Here is a minisode that covers first an easy morning exercise, a story of one of my recent experiences and how gratitude helped me to overcome the challenge followed by some practical suggestions to help you practice gratitude.
