Imagine the sound of water flowing in a river. We can relieve our suffering by imagining the sound of water. Instead of resisting the current and the flow, just become it.
Direct your attention inward. Notice your body and state of mind. Allow your thoughts to to appear. Accept the person that you are. Focus on your breath.
