Happy Mindful Monday Mindful and Fit Fam! 

This week we bring you a conversation with the Owners and Head Coaches of Clean Cut Nutrition Lori Sawyer and Caren Boscaino. These ladies are also mothers and personal trainers who are dedicated to helping people overcome food freedom with a few easy, simple mindset tweaks, habit changes, and education. They offer so many gems of wisdom in the episode about how to break the cycle of consuming sugary, processed foods by incorporating mindful boundaries for everyone in the family. Both of them discuss the importance of nourishment and diversity when meal planning. They also point out the importance of making a plan and sticking with it, as opposed to operating on the fly. Lori and Caren are also realistic. They believe that "perfect is boring." In other words, it is important to give yourself creative license to make choices that are fun and incorporate balance.
