Happy birthday to Mindful Men! Yes, this episode coincides with the 2nd birthday of our therapy services, the 1stbirthday of our Facebook Community, and also… 1 year sober for yours truly (yay I did it!).

 

To mark the occasion, we’re reflecting on what’s happening behind the scenes at Mindful Men – and more importantly – we talk about how knowing our limits can help us pivot from the path we’re on. Hitting the limit has been a theme of my therapy sessions of late (and my personal life), and so I wanted to give it some airtime to normalise the process of recognising when we need to pivot, and then being ok to pivot.
