1. Don’t join the 30-Day Weight Loss Challenge – Any short-term weight loss program I’ve seen results in short-term results!
2. Replace habits that don’t serve you with habits that push you towards your goals.
3. Just move more!! Move more than you did in December, move more each week.
Most people get tripped up by the simplicity of making small changes. It’s the small, mundane and unexciting steps, when consistently completed, that will create such a large difference!
