
Joy is always with us.
It's sometimes difficult to notice it, because our mind is always focused on the past or on the future, with all the regrets, broken dreams and expectations... but in the present the joy, the bliss, the happiness of the now are waiting for us.
In this guided meditation we're going to look inside of the present moment to re discover our joy.
