What a powerful conversation it was!
Paula, an award-winning chef, best-selling author, media personality, speaker, and business coach, also known as The Queen of the Grill, joined us to share her inspiring entrepreneurial journey, and WOW, did she ever deliver.
She’s on a mission to empower women to rise, and during our chat, Paula opened up about:
- Turning her passion for grilling into a powerful brand that’s been featured all over in the media
- The behind-the-scenes of hosting her Rise Together event at @white_oaks and a few success strategies for hosting your own future events
- Her personal story of burnout, and how daily mindfulness practices now keep her grounded and aligned
She also shared how the book Atomic Habits helped her build sustainable routines that support her growth, and even gave us a peek into some of her upcoming projects (including a networking cruise, which sounds amazing!).
She also shared one of her favourite grilling recipe that uses pineapple as a plank. Yes, a pineapple. So good!!
We also spoke about the power of saying no in order to create space for the right yeses, the kind that lead to long-term personal and professional growth.
