Confidence vs Cockiness
Hi Mind Grind Podcast Family! Here's a topic that is not only really important from a mental health standpoint, but we also think you'll enjoy it! We talk about the differences between Confidence and Cockiness, and how to spot them - both in yourself and in others. These can seem to resemble each other, especially in a Capitalistic society that often asks for presentation over authenticity. There are ways to learn how to stand more in yourself from a confident place where you're allowed to take up space - and it isn't cocky. We also consider how to respond to cocky behavior in general with a different approach, knowing that we don't need to judge these defense mechanisms, but be mindful of these.  Find the time, come and unwind to The Mind Grind!
