The summer has filled up the social calendars, and Dana and Beth are no exception. But they're back with a new episode, bringing you one of the most vulnerable personal episodes yet... talking about Beth's Brain Spect Results.
Back in the spring Beth had the opportunity to get a Brain Spect Screening done by Amen Clinics in New York where she was able to see inside her brain and learn about tendencies towards mental health symptoms and challenges. Dana interviews Beth, asking about the process, the why, the benefits to this type of information, and some off the cuff questions about what this felt like.
Tune in to this episode to hear all about this new science that's out there, how this can be an additive to treating Mental Health and see inside - literally - the mind of therapist.
