Hace pocos días hablamos con la Dra. Sian Proctor, la única mujer negra, en la historia, en pilotear una nave espacial. La Dra. Proctor hace parte de la misión Inspiration-4 en la que cuatro civiles lograron un viaje espacial por 3 días. El viaje fue histórico pues abre una puerta a la exploración espacial de personas comunes y corrientes como tú o cómo yo.
La dr. Proctor en el espacio creó arte y poesía. Su arte lo volvió NFT’s y gracias a la plataforma BitBasel pudo subastar su primer NFT en el marco de Art Basel Miami en el 2021.
La Dra. Proctor tiene una historia de resiliencia fascinante ya que hacía 10 años aplicó a ser astronauta y pasó todos los exámenes menos el último, razón por la cual su sueño se vio truncado. Pero con fe, pasión, trabajo, dedicación y esfuerzo logró su objetivo. Y comparte con nosotros su mejor consejo para triunfar en la vida.
