Happy Monday everyone! Welcome to episode 129 of The Middleman Podcast! This week, we welcome back to the show, everybody's favorite cousin, Nick Hanzimanolis! Nick, featured on episode 57 of The Middleman Podcast, makes his return! This time with new stories to tell and an amazing transformation that he committed himself to while in Texas! Nick joined his dream gym, Alphaland! While training at his new gym, he got inspired to compete in two fitness competitions! Nick had 8 months to prepare for this competition. Within these 8 months, he lost 70 lbs and became almost unrecognizable from his previous build and structure! Nick went on to place in the transformation category! He then went to the second stage and competed once more! The grueling grind in the gym and the metal toughness to stay motivated was tough at times, but Nick prevailed and succeeded! 💪🏽 I hope you all enjoy this episode!
