In this episode Jim and Adrian discuss the explosion of reality television as entertainment. They discuss the pros and cons (mostly cons) and the damaging effect this type of program has had on society. When did we become so obsessed with the need to be voyeurs into how others live their lives, and how much of what we are told is "reality" tv is actually scripted? 

We used string and a couple of tin cans to try and communicate as kids. Growing up we saw the house phone become further and further disconnected from the wall. No more tangled phone chords, we now carry computers in our pockets. Breaker, breaker....how did we get here?
