I am a single mom with a Ph.D in Sociology and Anthropology. I work a lot of jobs to make ends meet; like all parents, we give up everything we could have so that our children could have more opportunities in life. At the same time I am raising my 6-year old son alone since 2018 when he was about to turn 3. So I will usually talk about random things like single parenting, support from siblings, grandparents and other extended family members to build confidence in children. Most of the time just ranting about my day or sharing some methods to improve the upbringing of children in this 21st century. I try incorporating Stoicism as my way of life. I will always talk about life discovery towards a happier and more adaptable life. Maybe try listening to me and see if you can relate to my ideas?

My Debilitated Brain
In this season 2, I will be talking about the battle of Anxiety Disorder which has always been swept under the rug or been viewed as either the sufferers are going crazy or they are attention seekers. I will address the fact that it is indeed an illness of the brain which must be addressed. In this first episode, we will understand that debilitating brain can also mean, the brain is in a delicate condition and must be dealt with delicately too.
