On this week's episode, I sat down with Brianna Perry to discuss and talk about attitudes towards mental health in the black community and discuss why we believe they are the way they are. We talked about why mental health and therapy are perceived as a negative in the black community, where this attitude stems from, and advice for people who don't have the support system they need.
