Tab is the founder and CEO of EmployAbility - a not-for-profit organisation who partner with Google, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Bloomberg, Amazon, FCA, Bird and Bird, Discovery Channel and many others, to provide strategic and practical disability and employment advice. Tab has won a multitude of awards and has also appeared on programs such as BBC2’s Daily Politics.
