Wes Kao is a marketing and positioning consultant who helps good ideas and good people get the recognition they deserve. Wes was the co-creator and founding Executive Director of Seth Godin’s altMBA, where she helped thousands of change agents level up. Before that, she spent 10 years in marketing at beloved consumer brands including L’Oreal, Gap, Bare Escentuals, and an ad-tech startup acquired by Snapchat. Her work has been featured in Inc, Entrepreneur, Fast Company, and she guest lectures at UC Berkeley and Harvard. She’s also a mentor for Backstage Capital and WeWork Labs.
