This week we are delighted to be joined by Dr. Chris Bramah. 

Dr. Chris Bramah is a clinical physiotherapist with a research interest in the field of Sports and Exercise Science and Medicine. Chris runs his own clinic, Extra Mile Health while also working in research at the University of Salford.

He has extensive experience working in elite level sport including Rugby League, Rugby Union, Tennis, Football, Boxing and Track and Field where he has supported British athletes to World Championships and Olympic Games.

Chris continues to be actively involved in clinical research with his PhD focusing on the biomechanics of running related injuries, which is the subject of today’s episode. You can follow and connect with Chris on Twitter @chrisbramah.
