This week Tom & Will chat with the dynamic duo Mike & Cayce from Meridian Hive in Sunny Austin, Texas about honey & hydromels. When we find a fellow hydromel producer it is hard to talk about anything else! From the struggles to the fun findings and equipment design, the hydromel world is full of surprises and honey-filled dreams.
