David runs operations and the Deal Hub at On Deck Angels, where he and the team help angel investors refine their investing craft so that they can be some of the world's most helpful angels. He also co-leads DECODE's fund accelerator program that helps experienced angel investors raise their first funds. Outside of On Deck and DECODE, he's a scout for seed and Series A deals in consumer technology, a mentor at multiple startup accelerators including Techstars and Alchemist Accelerator, and writes weekly on his personal blog, Cup of Zhou.
