Franco is the Managing Partner at Foxmont Capital Partners, a Philippine-focused early-stage venture capital fund by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs. Prior to Foxmont, Franco was the Founding General Manager of Grab Philippines.
He is an Experienced Operator with a demonstrated history of working in early-stage high-growth startups in Asia. He is skilled in Business Planning, Operations Management, Sales, and Strategy. He excels in Business Development and strategizing for key partnerships.
He holds a BA in International Relations and English from Syracuse University.
