Episode 30: Prime Minister of Malaysia must be a Malay?! | Exploring racial equity with Amira Aisya.

In this episode, we talked about racial equality, equity, and justice in Malaysia with one of the aspiring young Malay women who serve in the political field.

Special rights for Malay have always been seen as a taboo to reflect or question, but the status quo of unity will never improve when the minority community is neglected. In this episode, let’s listen to one of the voices from Malay community.

In conjunction with the Johor election, one of the handicaps our nation is facing is severe political apathy, especially among the young and non-Malay communities. Many have been disappointed about the instability of the political landscape and the endless empty promises politician has made. But, hear us out, living in a democratic country, we certainly can’t give up our rights in voting, to choose a leader who’s capable to lead our future. Please vote!
