Your lasting change is available to you as you listen, every day, for the next 21 days, or more.
It's best to put aside the time to sit quietly in a meditative state and to fully invest your emotions into listening and picturing the desired outcome in your mind.
Please understand the rules of the mind:
1. Your mind does what it thinks you want it to do.
2. It responds to the words and pictures you tell it.
3. It drives you towards what is familiar and away from the unfamiliar.
4. It does all it can to keep you alive and away from pain.
Every habit of action is run by a habit of thought. Therefore, in order to establish a new habit of thought, it is important that you listen to the recording every day for 21 days, at least once...(more, if possible, for deeper, faster change and results). This will convince your mind that the change in habit is what you really want so it will work FOR you.
Since your mind responds to the words and pictures you tell it, repetition will make the unfamiliar a new way of being familiar as you listen over and over again.
