Its not often that a small little book about stuff that seems so obvious, has had such an impact on my practice, particularly in those situations that go wrong. This episode addresses how I think we as teachers can learn from the first core principles of the wonderful little book by Sandra Blackard " SAY WHAT YOU SEE". Her book is freely available to read on-line on her website....
