My guest today is Erica Hefner, orchestra director at Northwest School of the Arts in Charlotte, NC

Erica is a national board certified teacher, the 2015 NWSA teacher of the year, recipient of the 2019 CATO excellence in teaching award and is the 2020 UNC World View Global music educator. Erica is also the camp director for ArtsPlus here in charlotte along with being a guest clinician for honors orchestra events. She is also a member of NCMEA and ASTA.
