Have you cleaned your house lately?
Here's a thought that will both trigger and heal you -
If depression disguises itself as a dirty mess. We must disguise introspection as cleaning. We could also just… Start cleaning to get our minds off the many problems we face for a moment.
It's possible to find ourselves living with things that weigh us down and clutter up our minds and spaces. It's also possible that the heaviness we feel and blockages we experience are attributed to the fact that we may not be that good at or willing to confront the mess in the first place.
But it’s maintenance day babe, time to put our houses back in order. There's no better time than the present to start creating space for the life you deserve.
"Before you heal, ask yourself if you are willing to give up the things that make you sick".
Do not run from confrontation, instead charge at it with full speed because this is the only way you'll be able to move forward.
To anybody that's really struggling to get in a better mental state - I want you to remember that you are MORE THAN CAPABLE of overcoming the things that make it harder for you to be in a better space. If it's too overwhelming, start by confronting the smallest piece of the clutter and keep digging deeper until you can free yourself from those feelings.
Sending you love and light. ❤️
