[Practicing gratitude]
For when you feel worried, upset, or anxious about your current position in life. In the pursuit of inner peace, I learned to practice gratitude. This is a gentle reminder that the present provides us with all that we need. Gratitude grounds and helps us appreciate the moment, giving us the strength to keep striving for a better tomorrow.
There’s always something to be grateful for in the space where you currently exist, you just have to look around. Always practice gratitude and peace will come to you.
