As the months keep flying by its best to sit down with the bestie and reflect. Nikitia and I went through a couple rough patches at the start of the year but by honoring our faults and allowing our emotions to be free we are now on the rise. The rut is officially over, BBE (Bad Bitch Energy is a term we coined last year) all summer, all year, all life long!! More episodes to come
