This was a facebook live recorded in March 2018 after the incident in Charlottesville Virginia USA where a woman was killed by a car that rammed into anti-racist protestors.

To end the cycle of division we need to see the roots of hate in humanity. I share a personal experience of hate and racism in myself and my life and how to use hate in ourselves to learn about love and how to build acceptance into the way we approach the darker side of ourselves and humanity.
