A podcast about what we wear, who we are, and the deep journey of becoming — in life, in business, and in style. Each episode opens up inspiring, honest conversations with creatives, entrepreneurs and icons about their relationship with themselves, their worlds, and personal style. We explore what it really takes to embody who we are — in our wardrobes, our work and our sense of self. This is not about trends. It’s about truth. We go beyond the surface — into the heart of identity, visibility, creativity, and the often messy but beautiful path of building a life and business that we love.

Ep 6: How to build your confidence by healing your body

WARNING: This episode covers very traumatic events such as emotional and physical abuse, a traumatic birth and a lot of health concerns right from the beginning of the show.

If you are going through any of this at the moment or you're feeling particularly sensitive then please take it easy.

In this episode of the Loulou Storey podcast, host Loulou Storey engages in a heartfelt conversation with Zoey, a spinal energetics practitioner.

They explore Zoey's personal journey through trauma, healing, and self-discovery, highlighting the importance of body awareness and emotional healing.

Zoey shares her experiences with various healing modalities, including womb healing and spinal energetics, emphasising the body's innate ability to heal itself.

The discussion also touches on practical tips for self-care and the significance of finding safe spaces for healing.

For us to feel fully ourselves and confident in our skin it is important that we do the work to heal and recover ourselves.

This is a little outside of the style and dressing realm but I believe it is all part of us finding a sense of peace with ourselves and feeling at peace in our skin.
