
Change is one of the few things in life that we're guaranteed to experience. Though we may know this, navigating transitions and changes can be much easier said than done. In this meditation, you'll be gently guided into a meditative state to relax your nervous system, be fully here in the present moment, and release some of the worry of the unknown. It's my intention that this practice helps you feel more at ease and more trusting that your journey is unfolding in service of your highest good.
