Join Kate and I this week on the sofa, where we are super excited to be in Merseyside Police HQ with our second guest, DC Tracy O'Hara.
Tracy joins us talking about her journey in the police service, as well as gives us an insight to the challenges and changes that have been made for LGBTQ+ people within the service, some of which Tracy has been a massive part of, Tracy touches on the importance of allies, and lots more.
