The No. 8 Texas Longhorns need momentum as they close out non-conference play, which should come Saturday as they host Sam Houston State.

The Bearkats are in a state of flux, breaking in a new coach and several new players for 2025. It's been a rough start for them, losing their first three games and things which won't get any better as they take on the Longhorns this week.
