This week on the podcast, my beautiful girlfriend Chloe was the host and interviewed me about the come down from my 2024 run around Australia. Fair to say it has been a brutal time for me since the run and I've felt the lowest of lows. I still have a long recovery road ahead but there is some light at the end of the tunnel.


We dive deep into:

    • The details of my foot injury sustained from the run.
    • The devastating impact the run had on my physical and mental health.
