Diana has undertaken an impressive range of legal work while at university. Her experiences include working in refugee and immigration law, international arbitration, and some regulatory and insolvency work. Similarly, Diana has worked alongside barristers, leading arbitrators and lawyers in one of New Zealand's Big Three commercial law firms. After graduation, Diana will work as a judge’s clerk to President Kós of the New Zealand Court of Appeal.
On the mooting front, Diana has been equally busy. Diana has been an active mooter in both the domestic and international circuits. Notably, Diana won the New Zealand National Mooting Championship in 2019. She has since gone on to represent the University of Auckland in the Philip C Jessup Moot for 2019/20, the most prestigious public international law moot in the world.
