Following on from her breast cancer diagnosis in 2021, TV presenter Julia Bradbury joins Liz to reveal how we can be healthier and fitter than ever before after recovery.
Julia shares how her cancer diagnosis changed her attitude to her health and the valuable insights she has since gained from genetic testing.
