In this enlightening episode, Claire Cetti, known as the "yell less mom coach," shares her transformative journey from experiencing parental rage to becoming a certified parent coach. She offers valuable insights on managing parental frustration, setting healthy boundaries, and creating meaningful connections with children, drawing from both her professional expertise and personal experience as a mother of four grown children.
Claire Cetti is a PCI certified parent coach and positive parenting educator who specializes in helping parents manage frustration and anger. With over ten years of experience, she works primarily with parents of children ages 3-13, though her techniques apply to all ages. As a stepmom and mom to four grown children, Claire brings both professional expertise and personal experience to her coaching practice. She is also certified as a corporate paid leave coach and is currently pursuing certification as a mother wound coach.
"Your kids got fed, right? Whatever that might be, just find those things and say to yourself, I did a good job today. I did do something well today. Because that can leave you with a little bit of hope of feeling better to move forward to the next day." - Claire Cetti
