"Lots of people love to stay in that boat and just throw others a life raft. And that's sympathy. But in order to become empathetic, you have to jump out of that boat, get in there with those people and help them. I'm just someone who wants to love other people."

Today we talk with Jovanni Cedeno to hear about his struggles growing up and how he became the man he is today. He is also one of the guys in charge of a non profit in Arizona in the East valley called the East Valley Dream Center. Alongside his brother Danny, they began dreaming more and doing work within their own communities by lifting up others and providing real support and needs for families. They also provide a financial class called Blessed Budget by offering families how to better budget money.
