
In this bonus episode I talk about being away from home for a few days and how I handled that while I am in a calorie defecit - the mindset shifts that have helped me accommodate it and most importantly how my reaction when I am home again is key - neither one of guilt or punishment, nor overcompensating by cutting calories to make up for it.
