So it is an effort to put forward our views & experiences on how a woman no matter how talented or capable she is, career comes to an abrupt stop in many phases of life. This is an effort to connect to all such women & try to support them to realize how important they are & how they can overcome the fear of risks, family & let the real themselves out.
