𖠋不要在我墳前哭泣，我不在那裡。
𓅫這一集，我想和你一起俯身凝視日常的無常，羽翼豐厚的小黑鳥安息了。生命的告別不需華麗，只需心中一聲柔軟的「願你安息」，一段靜默的哀悼，與一首陪伴我多年的詩，靜靜的送別，也是一場與內在小孩的溫柔對話。

年少至今我仍深深著迷著，也體悟到了生命的有限。
別佇立於我的墳前哭泣
Do not stand at my grave and weep.
我不在那兒 也沒有長眠
I am not there；I do not sleep.
✰外婆給我深遠的影響，世上苦人多，能在靜悄中協助人時不要持疑，外婆在我過去20多年的日子當我墮入幽暗痛苦深淵，總入夢不發一語的伴著我。外婆，你知道我長大了是嗎？人生如夢，知曉了一切或無法理解的不如慢慢放下吧，每個人都能溫柔的擁抱內在小孩。
另一個精神維度中，你可以“成人我的身份”照顧好兒童我，“兒童我也能陪伴成年我”，他們都是你也不是你，可以對話，或是跳出成人我和兒童我，檢視時間洗滌的旅程中逐漸理解被黑暗吞噬後的黎明終將升起。
🍄兒童的我與成人的我，不斷交錯，在愛與失落的靈魂層次裡練習，願我們都能學會在黑暗裡守住微光，直到黎明到來。
