I recorded this episode for you to enjoy, and to develop loving-kindness within you. I shared the full practice of loving-kindness, all 5 stages of this practice, all the way up to universal and unconditional love. Please proceed with caution as this is a full layout practice for developing loving-kindness toward yourself and others, it is a shortened version, and it actually required spending a good amount of time on different stages, each stage at the time. I personally would not suggest trying to do it all in full as it fully outlines in this audio in one go, unless you are well established in the ability to generate love, and already processed different traumas and issues associated with loving connection to yourself and others, and the world, within and outside of yourself. I would suggest starting by spending a good amount of time at the different stages, one stage at the time, one part at the time, one person be it yourself and others at the time, and see how you go, and what things will come up and will be ready to process in order to establish a loving connection with yourself and others. Start with yourself, then proceed to people who did good to you, then to your family, then to your friends, to neutral people, then to enemies, then to the whole world within you and outside of your, to everything and everyone in this entire multiverse.
I also would like to say, that just listening to this talk may crack your heart open, tears may manifest in your eyes, let it go, let it flow, may you arrive at the loving place within yourself.
